Derrick and Jessica were great to work with. They helped us get thru the HOA approval process, and when the time came for the installation, it went VERY smoothly. We put in both an attic circulation fan and new roof vents to permit our attic to cool down in the summer. Derrick lined up the roofers who came and put the vents in at the same time Derrick was putting in the fan. In just a few hours, it was all done and works great. Derrick paid the roofers and just added that to his invoice. We could not be happier with the new system. If you want top quality and professional job, these are the folks to hire.

They quoted the work and came to install within the same week. They did a great clean and fast install. Would highly recommend them to anyone wanting a fan install. I wish I had had this installed earlier!
